Terms & conditions
This page is a scaffold. It is not legally complete until every TODO is filled in. Do not accept orders before then.
1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed with TODO: Legal entity name, registered at TODO: Registered address, KvK TODO: KvK number, BTW TODO: BTW / VAT number.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged separately unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see the shipping page).
3. Formation of contract
A contract of sale is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are stated on the shipping page and are indicative. If delivery is delayed materially, you may cancel the contract in line with EU law.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without reason. See the returns page for the procedure.
6. Conformity and warranty
Items must conform to the contract. Statutory conformity rights under Dutch and EU law apply and are not limited by these terms.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch consumer law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may also be brought to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
