Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Dutch law.

How to return

Email us at TODO: Support email within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
Send the item, in original condition and packaging, to: TODO: Return address
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective on arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in line with EU law.

Exclusions

Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be refunded at a reduced amount to reflect the reduced value.

Seller: TODO: Legal entity name, KvK TODO: KvK number, BTW TODO: BTW / VAT number, address TODO: Registered address.
