Data controller

What we collect

Order data: name, shipping address, email, order contents.
Payment data: handled by TODO: Payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
Email address, if you sign up for launch updates.
Basic technical data via TODO: Analytics tool, if any.

Legal basis

Order data is processed to perform the sales contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing email is processed on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by Dutch tax law (currently 7 years). Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA).
